Thank you for choosing HELIOS. This Warranty Policy governs the rights and obligations related to defects in materials and workmanship in your HELIOS Product. Please read this policy carefully.
1. What This Warranty Covers
HELIOS Limited Warranty. HELIOS warrants that your HELIOS Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the applicable Warranty Period.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, HELIOS will, at its sole discretion:

Replace the Product with a new or comparable product; or

If a replacement is unavailable, provide a refund or account credit for the depreciated value of the defective Product.
While HELIOS reserves the right to repair a Product, our primary commitment to active HELIOS PRO Members is a replacement-first approach to ensure uninterrupted access to the HELIOS platform and data.
2. Warranty Period
The Warranty Period begins on the original date of purchase by the first consumer and continues for the following durations:

HELIOS Device (Active PRO Members): Lifetime coverage, valid only for as long as the original purchaser maintains an active, non-delinquent HELIOS PRO Membership.

HELIOS Device (Non‑Members): One (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Replacement Products: The Warranty Period for a replacement Product or part does not extend beyond the original Warranty Period or the duration of an active HELIOS PRO Membership.
Lifetime warranty coverage immediately terminates upon cancellation, expiration, or non-payment of a HELIOS PRO Membership.
3. Who Is Covered
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the HELIOS Product when purchased directly from HELIOS or an authorized reseller.
To be eligible for warranty service, you must:

Maintain an active HELIOS PRO Membership with valid payment method at the time the defect occurs and when the claim is filed (for Lifetime coverage);

Provide valid proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase; and
-
Use the Product in accordance with HELIOS instructions, guidelines, and intended use.
This warranty is non-transferable.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling, including over-tightening of straps or mounts;

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or fading;

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly;
-
Loss or theft of the Product;
-
Impact damage, compression, or use outside of intended sports or training activities;
-
Exposure to extreme temperatures, fire, liquids beyond rated resistance, or natural disasters.
Consumable components, including batteries, are expected to degrade over time and are only covered if they fail prematurely due to a manufacturing defect.
HELIOS reserves the right to deny warranty claims involving excessive, repeated, or suspicious replacement requests indicative of misuse or abuse.
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

Return Authorization (RMA)

HELIOS will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the Product.

Return of the affected Product is required before a warranty replacement will be issued, unless HELIOS explicitly waives this requirement

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping the Product to HELIOS.

HELIOS will cover outbound shipping costs for replacement units issued to active HELIOS PRO Members.

Evaluation & Resolution

HELIOS will evaluate the returned Product.

If the Product qualifies for warranty coverage, HELIOS will ship a replacement unit.

If the Product does not qualify, HELIOS may offer a paid replacement or alternative resolution.
Failure to return the Product within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the warranty claim or billing for the replacement unit.
HELIOS reserves the right to waive return or shipping requirements at its sole discretion.
6. Limits of Liability
This Warranty Policy is your exclusive remedy. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HELIOS disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

HELIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
7. Consumer Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
