If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a HELIOS® Product you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the ship date.
To be eligible for a refund, you must promptly return the Product in its original packaging, and all documentation, in the same condition that you received it with the exception to reasonable wear and tear.
This policy applies to HELIOS® Product purchased directly from Helios Sports, Inc. (“Helios Hockey") at www.helioshockey.com. Purchases from one of our retail partners are subject to their returns policies.
HOW TO RETURN
In order to return your HELIOS® Product, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and shipping instructions. You must deliver the Product with prominent indication of the RMA to Helios Hockey (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions) within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA number.
Once the Product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your return and whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the returned Product (less a 20% restocking fee and excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (10) days from the date of our receipt of such returned Product accompanied by the applicable RMA.
Our policy regarding returns lasts for thirty (30) days after the date when your HELIOS® Product was shipped. If more than 30 days have gone by since the ship date, we will unfortunately be unable to provide you with an RMA and will not offer you a refund. We may refuse to offer you a refund if you fail to deliver the HELIOS® Product to us within ten (10) days after your RMA is issued.
Monthly and Annual Membership plan billing can be stopped at any time, however, we unfortunately cannot refund days, weeks or months of Membership you have already used.
You are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping your HELIOS® Product to us, as well as any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. Even if we have issued an RMA, we will not issue any refund for HELIOS® Products that are not received or that are damaged in transit. You may wish to consider using a delivery service with tracking and/or purchasing insurance to cover your risk.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the HELIOS® Product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the Product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves rather than you, then we will send a refund to the gift giver, which will inform them about your return.
