If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a HELIOS® Product you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the ship date and you may be eligible for a refund in accordance this Returns Policy or with our Terms of Service.

To be eligible for a refund, you must promptly return the Product in its original packaging, and all documentation, in the same condition that you received it with the exception of reasonable wear and tear.

If you do so and have a PRO Annual membership, we will refund your annual Membership Fee, less the first month’s service (i.e., we will retain 1/12 of the annual Membership Fee); if you do so and have a PRO Monthly membership, we will excuse you from the remainder of the applicable minimum PRO Monthly membership term. 

This policy applies to HELIOS Product purchased directly from Helios Sports, Inc. (“Helios Hockey") at Purchases from one of our retail partners are subject to their returns policies.


In order to return your HELIOS Product, please contact Customer Service at to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and shipping instructions. You must deliver the Product with prominent indication of the RMA to Helios Hockey (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions) within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA number.

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your return and whether or not your refund has been approved. Return deadlines and refund amounts may be subject to additional requirements under our Terms of Service.


Except as otherwise stated in our Terms of Service, our policy regarding returns lasts for thirty (30) days after the date when your HELIOS Product was shipped, and if more than 30 days have gone by since the ship date, we will unfortunately be unable to provide you with an RMA and will not offer you a refund. In all cases, we may refuse to offer you a refund if you fail to deliver the HELIOS Product to us within ten (10) days after your RMA is issued.


You are responsible for all costs incurred in shipping your HELIOS Product to us, as well as any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. Even if we have issued an RMA, we will not issue any refund for HELIOS Products that we do not receive or that are damaged in transit. You may wish to consider using a delivery service with tracking and/or purchasing insurance to cover your risk.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
