US Patent and Trademark Office Registers Two HELIOS® Trademarks
Portsmouth, NH, [July 13, 2022]
Helios Sports, Inc. (“HELIOS”) is pleased to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has registered two of its trademarks. The first registration for the HELIOS wordmark (Reg. No. 6,760,740)1 covers International Classes 9 and 42. The second registration for the the company’s distinct logomark (Reg. No. 6,776,638)2 covers International Classes 9, 25 and 42.

HELIOS entered the North American Hockey market in 2021 and has been scaling its membership-based product consisting of the HELIOS Core performance sensor and smartphone app. The company is working to realize applications of its proprietary sensor and video technologies to other sports where its IP and infrastructure less approach enable developing athletes and teams unprecedented access to improving their performance.
